We visited in April and George, our builder, estimated another 10 days work before he would finish and could hand the house over for tiling, windows, kitchen, bathrooms etc. That is a Greek 10 days of course.
Most of the outside of the house is now plastered and looks more finished.

Sceptic tank - which will take an awful lot of filling!
Water tank - which is huge and should provide enough water for a month if there are any supply problems. The tank will form the lower terrace of the garden at the far side of the house.
We have Costos lined up to start tiling in May and we have agreed the design for the windows, doors and shutters. We also plan to return for a few days in May to supervise Yannis the digger driver whilst he moves the earth around. We're just waiting for a date.
